ratingg connects every table in a restaurant with the service team. A diner scans the QR code on the table and asks for what they need, and the staff see the request at once.
What it does
- Requests from the table. Each table has its own QR code. Diners ask for the bill, water or a waiter without flagging anyone down.
- Real-time alerts. Staff are notified as soon as a request comes in, and requests are timed until someone attends them.
- Owner dashboard. Response times and request volume are grouped using the SERVQUAL service-quality model, so owners can see where service is slow.
How it is built
The product is a Svelte single-page app that talks to Firestore and Firebase Auth. A static marketing landing page is indexed by Google and links to the app. Both deploy to Firebase Hosting from one repository through GitHub Actions, with preview URLs for every pull request.
